Conduct reference checks.
Conduct second interviews of shortlisted candidates with you.
Support you in the decision making process.
Negotiate the employment contract.
Deliver the letter of offer.
Help with the on-boarding of your new employee.

You only pay the recruitment fee if an ideal candidate is employed.
We charge a recruitment fee plus the current Seek ad placement fees. Recruitment fees are charged according to your requirements and the role.
If after the first Seek add there are no suitable candidates then a revision of the ad will be made and the ad will be placed for a further 30 days.
Seek ad placement fees are required prior to the placement of the ad and are non refundable.
If for some commercial reason you decide not to continue with placing a new employee in your company a consulting fee of $200 per hour will be charged for work already completed.
